1. Data We Collect

Epublish Network ("we," "us") collects information in three ways:

Email Capture

When you join our mailing list, we collect your email address. This is used solely to send you book marketing insights and product updates.

Contact Form

When you reach out via our contact page, we collect your name, email, and message content to respond to your inquiry.

AI Demo Pipeline

When you use the live demo, the text you submit is sent to our server and processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your text is used only to generate the requested analysis and is not permanently stored by Epublish Network.

2. AI Processing & Anthropic Disclosure

Our AI pipeline uses Anthropic Claude as a third-party AI provider. Text you submit to the demo is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's use of that data is governed by their privacy policy. We do not use your submitted text for model training.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, if added in the future, will be disclosed here before activation.

4. Email Marketing

We use a double opt-in process: after submitting your email, you must confirm your subscription via a link sent to your inbox. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share your email address with third parties.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribe from emails)
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing of your data

6. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months. AI demo submissions are not stored after processing is complete.

7. Third Parties

We may use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic — AI text processing
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment
  • Kit.com / Resend — email delivery (when integrated)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
